To be eligible for an account on our website, you must be a student in Year 13 at Kimberley 16-19 Stem College.

You must only use your Kimberley College Microsoft 365 account to register and login to this website.

The terms of sale may be found in Appendix 1 of this document.

These terms and conditions, together with our Privacy Policy and Terms of Sale in Appendix 1, constitute the entire agreement between us in relation to our website and supersede all previous agreements and understandings.

Law and jurisdiction

These terms and conditions shalt be governed by and construed in accordance with English law.

Any disputes relating to such terms and conditions shalt be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England.

Appendix 1: Terms of Sale

When buying any goods on our website you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions governing the purchase of goods and services.

All tickets are offered subject to availability and these terms and conditions. A valid ticket must be produced to enter our event. Altering or defacing the ticket may invalidate your ticket.

If we discover an error in the ticket that you have ordered, be this apropos its price or otherwise, we will inform you as soon as possible to allow you to reconfirm with the correct details or cancel your order for a refund.

Ownership or possession of a ticket does not confer any rights unto you to use any intellectual property appearing on it.

No orders will be accepted until we have received full payment.

We reserve the right to make alterations to the event at any time without notice.

All tickets are sold with no exchange, resale or refund facility. Once you have purchased a ticket you can not obtain a refund except at our absolute discretion.

Where an event is cancelled or rescheduled, we will endeavour to support you in any way but this is discretionary and cannot be guaranteed. Any refund may not be in full if at all.

You may not resell or transfer any tickets that we issue.

You may only purchase one (1) ticket.
